Free Fitness & Nutrition Classes

Healthier Texas offers free, fitness and nutrition classes to all Texans and all fitness levels! Formats include Zumba, yoga, MixxedFit and more. Classes are available in English and Spanish.

Event Series Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga

This gentle Chair Yoga class focuses on breath and simple movements to release tension and build body awareness using a chair for support. It also includes a brief nutrition lesson with easy tips for healthy eating and overall well-being.

The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!
