Join us at Hope Family Health Center, 2332 Jordan Ave, McAllen, TX 78503 for Zumba, a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!
To help ensure class starts on time, please complete our in-person registration form and liability waiver online, or arrive a few minutes early for registration if you are unable to do so beforehand.
