Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of Pilates, ballet, and strength training to improve posture, flexibility, and muscle endurance. Using small, controlled movements, this class focuses on building core stability and enhancing balance. Each session also includes a brief nutrition lesson with practical tips to support healthy habits and overall well-being.
