A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In Chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness. This class will include a brief nutrition education lesson, providing helpful tips on healthy eating and making nutritious choices. Join us to move your body and learn valuable information to support your well-being!
