MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot camp inspired toning. Everything about this dance fitness program is big, exaggerated, and explosive! All fitness levels are welcome! This class will include a brief nutrition education lesson, providing helpful tips on healthy eating and making nutritious choices.
