This session combines strength-building exercises and dynamic cardio bursts to energize your day and ignite your health journey. Designed for all fitness levels, this class requires no equipment—just your energy and determination.

A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In Chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.
