Free Fitness & Nutrition Classes
Healthier Texas offers free, fitness and nutrition classes to all Texans and all fitness levels! Formats include Zumba, yoga, MixxedFit and more. Classes are available in English and Spanish.




Zumba
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome! This class will include a brief nutrition education lesson, providing helpful tips on healthy eating and making nutritious choices. Total Knockout
Get ready to punch, kick, and sweat your way to a stronger, fitter you! This high-energy class combines traditional kickboxing moves with cardio movements to give you a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will help you build strength, improve coordination, and boost your endurance. Whether you're just beginning or advanced, this class will challenge you and leave you feeling empowered and energized. Chair Yoga
A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In Chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness. This class will include a brief nutrition education lesson, providing helpful tips on healthy eating and making nutritious choices. Everything about this dance fitness program is big, exaggerated, and explosive! All fitness levels are welcome!
